The Propane Education & Research Council is composed of 21 industry members dedicated to promoting the safe, efficient use of propane through programs in research and development, training, and safety. Councilors are appointed by the National Propane Gas Association and the Gas Processors Association. Five councilors serve on the Executive Committee.
